This 20.2342 hectares of farmland, was marketed by our team and purchased by Fletcher Living. It has been developed into the Greenstead subdivision. Located on the border of Lincoln, Greenstead gives you the best of lifestyle living. With the amenity of Lincoln town only moments away on one side, and the peaceful, lush green pastures of the surrounding Canterbury plains on the other.

430 Sparks Road, Halswell
Our client asked us to investigate the council zoning rules around their property being able to be subdivided. Once this was confirmed we created a high level advertising campaign to attract as many of our developers as possible. The end result was a 5 way multi-offer and an exceptional sale price for our client.
Wigram Park
Currently under development, our team has sold 8 of the 26 sections available to build on. Many of these include home & land packages. We worked with the development company to come up with the name and marketing for this unique subdivision.
